We're excited to share that MyInfo 8.5.3 is here. This is a focused update with one new feature and several important fixes to improve everyday use of MyInfo. Let's take a look!
More Code Snippet Languages
Code snippets just got more versatile. We've added support for 8 new snippet languages, bringing the total to 50 supported languages:
- Apache config
- AmiBroker AFL
- AutoHotkey
- Batch files
- CMake
- GraphQL
- Nginx config
- .ignore files
This makes MyInfo even more convenient for developers and power users working with a wider variety of formats.
Stability & Reliability Fixes
This release also addresses several issues that could affect daily workflows:
- The Insert Code Snippet command now remembers the last used language.
- Some special characters that were not supported in notebook passwords now work correctly.
- File associations and the
myinfoapp://protocol are now always properly registered during installation. has:clonesandhas:remindersearch operators now work properly.- Moving a section ending with a number via the Move dialog no longer increments the section title.
- Regression fix: notes created from text files are now indexed correctly.
